On 14 October 2026, we made an online purchase on what we believed to be the official Koodoo website, using our FNB credit card, for the amount of R10,074.35. On 20 October 2026, we contacted Koodoo to enquire about the status of our order. We were informed that they had no record of our order and that their website had been cloned by **********. We therefore realised that we had unknowingly made our purchase through a ********** website. Koodoo also informed us that they have been receiving calls from other customers that also lost money on the ********** website. The only advise they could give is to phone our bank. They basically indicated that it was our one fault. The ********** website looks exactly the same as the Koodoo website, the only difference is that the ********** websites URL reads ***. I emailed Koodoo, after I realised this ********** website is still operational, what did they do from their side to prevent further costumers falling in the same pitfall, to date we still haven't received any response. We did report this to the SAPS under case number *** and also reported the matter on Cybercrimes. Hopefully this will prevent other people falling under the same **** seeing that Koodoo is not taking any action.

Purchase a game as a gift for our son's birthday, and console does not accept it, I ask for a return, because the seal was open, they refuse to refund, and They don't have the game I want to exchange it, this is poor service, they dont even meet you Halfway, will not recommend people to buy from them, even the delivery *** they use is useless, the driver came to deliver don't hoot or call, and he left, so I receive my order the following day. I don't recommend this place, R599 all for nothing

Pre orders game not received.
I pre ordered a game, was supposed to be delivered Friday the 4th of September. The delivery was not successful. I tried contacting Koodoo, no response. Come Monday, I try again, and finally someone answers, and they very rudely say that it is out of their hands and blames the delivery company. The delivery was unsuccessful again today, with no feedback from Kudu or the delivery company.

Pre orders game not received.
I pre ordered a game, was supposed to be delivered Friday the 4th of September. The delivery was not successful. I tried contacting Koodoo, no response. Come Monday, I try again, and finally someone answers, and they very rudely say that it is out of their hands and blames the delivery company. The delivery was unsuccessful again today, with no feedback from Kudu or the delivery company.

Absolutely horrible after sale service. I have been waiting more than a month for a refund. I have been a loyal customer since 2018. But never again.

Pathetic customer service from Koodoo
They’re quick to take your money but customer service when you have a problem with the item purchased is pathetic. Purchased a PlayStation product from them, the item was received in an original box but was dusty. The device worked to three weeks and has stopped working. I emailed customer care to advise of the issue and there was no response. I had contacted them telephonically and they had very rudely advised that they will respond to my email, two days later and there’s no response from them. This was the first and last time purchasing from this useless establishment. The only reason I had trusted them was because they’re listed under the PlayStation website as one of the stockists, worse mistake using Koodoo. These people clearly don’t honour their guarantee on products purchased and gives PlayStation a bad name!

They’re quick to take your money but customer service when you have a problem with the item purchased is pathetic. Purchased a PlayStation product from them, the item was received in an original box but was dusty. The device worked to three weeks and has stopped working. Excellent Service
Absolutely amazing service. Ordered my ps5 console on the 11th December at 14h30, opted for the pickup option and was ready for collection at 11h00 the next day. Got a bit lost and the customer care was very helpful 🙌🏻 highly recommend
