Pre orders game not received.

I pre ordered a game, was supposed to be delivered Friday the 4th of September. The delivery was not successful. I tried contacting Koodoo, no response. Come Monday, I try again, and finally someone answers, and they very rudely say that it is out of their hands and blames the delivery company. The delivery was unsuccessful again today, with no feedback from Kudu or the delivery company.
