Bad service
Your workers are rude, not willing to listen but threatening with lawsuits. I made arrangements for payment and I sticked to it for 12 months then I had a problem with Emalahleni Municipality billing me for electricity and they're not helping. I reported to KM attorney they promise to send email on their side to solve the issue but I'm not winning. Now they're threatening me with summons.

Bad service
Your workers are rude, not willing to listen but threatening with lawsuits. Totally unacceptable service
Even after responding on Hellopeter, They have still bot attended my simple request. I sent proof of payments, asking for an updated statement, but it seems this simple task is too complicated for them. Very sad to see how bad customer care is getting in South-Africa. DO BETTER.

SENDING ME SMS BUT FAIL TO SEND ME STATEMENT
They keep on sending me sms that i must pay my NSFAS account to their FNB account, I ask them to send me the statement from NSFAS till today nothing. I have a 100% proof that im not owing NSFAS because they are deducting straight from my payslip. I also send them my latest payslip. They wont even respond to whatsapp, is this harassment or what?

Typical south-african company with 0 actual value.
What a joke of a legal practice. They send me a sms that I owe money, you can barely understand a word the person on the phone were saying, sounded like she was chewing. She just asks can she say I will pay from end of June. No statement or information received. I have now asked for a statement on the phone and on email, no response. Extremely comedical how this "place" can call themselves attorneys. If I don't receive proper and professional information/service, I will just hand your request over to my lawyer ( who actually knows what he is doing).

Bad experience from one of the agent, I called in on Friday ( 20-03-2026 ) 15:38 the agent was talking to me as if we friends, instead of addressing me politely, he ended up saying, why don`t you pay `Niyahlupha` . that`s inappropriate for someone who is dealing with clients, he needs to be taught customer etiquette, that ****ed me off!!!!
