Bad service

Your workers are rude, not willing to listen but threatening with lawsuits. I made arrangements for payment and I sticked to it for 12 months then I had a problem with Emalahleni Municipality billing me for electricity and they're not helping. I reported to KM attorney they promise to send email on their side to solve the issue but I'm not winning. Now they're threatening me with summons.
