Bad attitude kfc
Kfc their service has been one of their best with great food....I thought the rules that go by give the customer wat they want even if they are being difficult I thought It app****...I asked them nicely to on how to package my 15 pieces it was on Friday the 20th February 2026 around 16:04 the attitude they gave me , they kept calling one another as if wat am asking is a taboo yet I paid my 240 cash wth no credit....am disappointed....they kept talking in codes....I was so ****ed

Alletta KFC Kagiso mall - Outstanding service
*** my goodness — **Alletta** is truly such an asset to your team! I visit KFC Kagiso Mall quite often, and while the service is generally good, there have been a few occasions where I experienced challenges. On each of those occasions, Alletta did not hesitate to step in, calmly resolve my complaint, and make sure I left the store happy. It is a very busy store, and waiting for orders can sometimes be frustrating. However, when Alletta is on duty, she always ensures that orders are pushed out as quickly as possible and that customers feel attended to and valued. Please take the time to recognise her efforts. She is genuinely the reason many of us keep returning to your store — and honestly, she deserves a promotion! 😊 Kind regards, Dhakalani Mandewo

Poor service KFC kagiso
This morning I want to kagiso mall to buy KFC ,I get there on the menu I see a 'feast five' I told the cashier can please have that feast five which was R149,00 and she said it non on the menu after checking on her till. She called the manager who didn't even say anything, all she said its not there how can we sell you something we dnt have on the menu ,but both the cashier and the manager saw that add on their screen . Am not so happy I ended up buying something more with R30 if this was in fourways thy would have offered me the sames thing regardless if thy dnt see it on the menus
