Alletta KFC Kagiso mall - Outstanding service

*** my goodness — **Alletta** is truly such an asset to your team!

I visit KFC Kagiso Mall quite often, and while the service is generally good, there have been a few occasions where I experienced challenges. On each of those occasions, Alletta did not hesitate to step in, calmly resolve my complaint, and make sure I left the store happy.

It is a very busy store, and waiting for orders can sometimes be frustrating. However, when Alletta is on duty, she always ensures that orders are pushed out as quickly as possible and that customers feel attended to and valued.

Please take the time to recognise her efforts. She is genuinely the reason many of us keep returning to your store — and honestly, she deserves a promotion! 😊
