Poor service KFC kagiso

This morning I want to kagiso mall to buy KFC ,I get there on the menu I see a 'feast five'

I told the cashier can please have that feast five which was R149,00 and she said it non on the menu after checking on her till.

She called the manager who didn't even say anything, all she said its not there how can we sell you something we dnt have on the menu ,but both the cashier and the manager saw that add on their screen .

Am not so happy I ended up buying something more with R30 if this was in fourways thy would have offered me the sames thing regardless if thy dnt see it on the menus
