On the Saturday the 31st I bought 5 pieces of chicken at kfc Ellise park today when I check my bank the transaction happened twice whereas I swiped once so they took my 99.99 with out my knowledge

Yesterday, I placed an cash order for a Dunked Box Master and a Jalapeno Box Master. Regrettably, the driver delivered only two wraps without chips and chicken, and provided only one Coke instead of the two cold drinks I ordered. I requested that the driver refund my cash and return the entire order due to the missing items. I then received a message from Uber Support claiming that the food was delivered, despite my return of the entire order, and they are now demanding that I pay for the food that I returned.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - I didn’t receive my order after more than an hour waiting. What a waste of my time and money.
Hi everyone. I really don’t know what’s going on with the KFC in Ellis Park but there seems to be a ****ming situation going on. I ordered on Uber Eats, twice (I regretted it the second time after a very horrible customer service I received the first time, but I thought this time they would do better) It was more than an hour and they kept on changing drivers. The one driver told me my food was already picked up by another driver. My question was how because all the drivers are in the same spot. They want you to cancel your order so you can pay the full price. Don’t. I’m never ordering there again. The worst part is that not even Uber support could assist. It was a whole back and forth conversation with no solution. Save yourself time and don’t order from this restaurant from Uber Eats.
