BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - I didn’t receive my order after more than an hour waiting. What a waste of my time and money.

Hi everyone. I really don’t know what’s going on with the KFC in Ellis Park but there seems to be a ****ming situation going on. I ordered on Uber Eats, twice (I regretted it the second time after a very horrible customer service I received the first time, but I thought this time they would do better) It was more than an hour and they kept on changing drivers. The one driver told me my food was already picked up by another driver. My question was how because all the drivers are in the same spot.

They want you to cancel your order so you can pay the full price. Don’t. I’m never ordering there again.

The worst part is that not even Uber support could assist. It was a whole back and forth conversation with no solution.

Save yourself time and don’t order from this restaurant from Uber Eats.
