Complaint

Yesterday, I placed an cash order for a Dunked Box Master and a Jalapeno Box Master. Regrettably, the driver delivered only two wraps without chips and chicken, and provided only one Coke instead of the two cold drinks I ordered. I requested that the driver refund my cash and return the entire order due to the missing items. I then received a message from Uber Support claiming that the food was delivered, despite my return of the entire order, and they are now demanding that I pay for the food that I returned.
