Terrible service, no wifi connectivity

Contacted them for wifi installation at my Mom’s house in a retirement village. Quick to send the paperwork but extremely poor service delivery and arrogant employees. We had to wait for weeks after paying to get a temporary solution as apparently there was a problem with Openserve. Then the “temporary solution” stopped working. We called multiple times and were told that tjey will call us back but they dont. When they eventually came to have a look at the installation they charged my Mom as they said she interfered with the equipment. Ridiculous as she is 73 years old and does not touch the modem. So it worked for half a day then no more wifi AGAIN. When I report it no response, however when I sent a mail to cancel the service they are quick to respond in saying we have a 12 month contract. I honestly dont care if there is a contract. Why should we pay for NOTHING.
