Every month fighting regarding account, then suspension, their accounts team not reading emsil, debt orders going off on incorrect dates even after a signed change gone through. ZERO customer service. No-one gets back to you except Barend, not even The owners. Having to pay my first month after connection but not having connection. Really one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with
