No show

Hello, so we decided to swop providers because of absolutely ****py service from the previous providers. Your service seems to be just as non existent as Herotel. Your technicians are unprofessional. We were supposed to have had an installation done yesterday we waited until 3 in the afternoon with no one showing up and not even a ****** call to apologize for him not showing up. ****** RIDICULOUS MAN!!
