No Service from KCSISP

KCSISP had a special on their internet only if you apply in December, so i got the package and all was good. I paid for the installation and the monthly priemum ahead . It is now the second week in January and still no installation, after asking a week for a installation date and finally recieve one then they dont show up and dont give any feedback or a reason. I tried making contact with them but no answer. I wont recommend this isp.
