Most unprofessional service ever

Worst service I have EVER encountered, They never get back to you regarding your queries, when they do get back you, they are rude and make it seem as if they are doing you a favor. My internet hasn’t been working for a month. They keep on promising to send a technician, eventually they send a technician after 3 weeks of me consistently having to call them. I would never recommend this Service provider, you should stay clear from them as they are very unprofessional and ***********.
