KCS ISP steps up to the plate.

Having recently posted a critical review of my experience with KCS Internet Service Provider, my confidence in and opinion of this service provider has since been restored beyond expectations.

The manager, Dewald went to a great deal of trouble to make contact with me to rectify the situation that had arisen, purely as a result of the Gremlin that plagues many institutions , that of miscommunication.

Dewald has already arranged for my upgrade installation to be carried out at my earliest convenience.

He also explained that they have a channel of communication that was open to me and any other KCS customer via their Website that I could have used to ensure a swifter reaction to any of my concerns.

Thank you Dewald and KCS Internet Service provider for resolving what should not have needed to be placed on this forum at the outset.
