I purchased a vintage Orlando Pirates jersey on 22 March 2026 and received a confirmation email. I kept communicating with them via WhatsApp and was told that I would receive a tracking number within 10-15 working days. It is day 16 today, and upon contacting them, I was told that I would receive the order within this month. They are ****s and I would NOT recommend them to anyone! They keep beating around the bush regarding a refund. Absolutely unnacceptable and unprofessional!

DO NOT BUY FROM JERSEY HUT!!
I have had a horrible experience with this online seller. I order from them previously in 2024 and had no issues. From what it seems like, things started to take a turn for the worst late 2025. I ordered in November 2025 and only received some of the things I ordered in February 2026. I still have an item which has not been delivered. The football jerseys quality is absolutely horrible now too. It is comparable to the items sold on the streets. The rugby jersey I ordered is good. But the football jersey both adult and worst of all the kids, is absolutely horrible. The labels are peeling off. The style of the jerseys are cheap quality. I'm requesting a refund on the outstanding item, but I am not hopeful for it.

I bought a tracksuit on the 25th of December, I have sent endless Whatsapp messages asking where my order is from 16-20 days to 90 days I have received my order after 90 days. I was then told I can choose a jersey of my choice as a complimentary gift never they can't refund me which I did, and was told that everything will be sent out together. I received my order without the complimentary gift, I was then told I'll receive a tracking number once it's been sent out since then I have been ignored and not answered. Order at your own risk but they are the worst. Poor communication and poor comprehension.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Placed an order in November 2025. After countless emails, asking for a refund etc they say they experiencing customs delays from their international supplier, lately they say I will receive it within a month but that is their latest lie. How can it take so long. Who knows if I will ever get the items that I purchased. These guys are ****mers.

Jersey Hut is the worst
Worst experience EVER! I placed an order on the 25th of December 2025 and was told shipping takes 16-20 business working days due to import. I had to reach out and ask for updates no updates was initiated from their side. I am still waiting for my order to be shipped due to " customs delays " today is the 4th of March 2026. I requested a refund numerous times and declined for something that rightfully belongs to the consumer. 1.Poor Communication 2.Spelling Errors 3.Delays

This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had with Jersey Hut. I ordered on 1 December for Christmas. I was told shipping would take 10–15 working days. That did not happen. After Christmas, I was told there were “holiday delays.” A refund was refused despite almost a month passing with no product. I had to escalate the issue to my bank to get a temporary refund. Only after bank involvement did I receive a shipping notification — two months after ordering. Delays can happen — but refusing refunds, failing to communicate proactively, and giving vague responses like “in the coming weeks” is unacceptable. I have since discovered that they possibly also operate under another website called Champion Gearz, which shoppers should also be aware of. Shop at your own risk.
