Jersey Hut is the worst

Worst experience EVER! I placed an order on the 25th of December 2025 and was told shipping takes 16-20 business working days due to import. I had to reach out and ask for updates no updates was initiated from their side. I am still waiting for my order to be shipped due to " customs delays " today is the 4th of March 2026. I requested a refund numerous times and declined for something that rightfully belongs to the consumer.
