This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had with Jersey Hut. I ordered on 1 December for Christmas. I was told shipping would take 10–15 working days. That did not happen. After Christmas, I was told there were “holiday delays.” A refund was refused despite almost a month passing with no product. I had to escalate the issue to my bank to get a temporary refund. Only after bank involvement did I receive a shipping notification — two months after ordering. Delays can happen — but refusing refunds, failing to communicate proactively, and giving vague responses like “in the coming weeks” is unacceptable. I have since discovered that they possibly also operate under another website called Champion Gearz, which shoppers should also be aware of. Shop at your own risk.
