Based on recent customer reviews, Jason Gregory receives a sharply divided customer experience. Satisfied buyers consistently praise the craftsmanship, finish, and premium feel of the rings, alongside fast delivery and helpful pre-purchase guidance from staff such as Joy. However, a recurring theme among dissatisfied customers centres on plating wearing off after short periods of wear, persistent sizing inaccuracies, repeated failed exchanges, and courier fees being passed to the buyer. Customers also raise concerns about unresponsive WhatsApp support, refund delays, and a perceived lack of accountability for defective or incorrectly sized engagement and wedding rings.

Pretty jewellery ugly service
⭐ 1/5 Beautiful jewellery. Ugly service. A simple enquiry became an exercise in being spoken down to. I knew my ring size and said so, yet instead of listening, I was repeatedly undermined and given answers to questions I hadn't asked. The attitude was rude, dismissive and condescending. It took three emails to finally get the one-line answer I had asked for. Beautiful jewellery loses its shine very quickly when this is the service behind it.

DO NOT BUY FROM JASON GREGORY!!!
If I could give a minus rating that would be more accurate. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT!!! buy his jewellery. Looks amazing online, but after sale service absolutely disgusting. The rings change colour and when you report this, you have to return the rings via courier at your own cost. Where on earth have you ever heard of a legitimate business requesting returns at your cost???

Not happy
I bought my rings with Jason Gregory . The rings were delivered and I was happy with the purchase. The rings bit small so I requested for return which I was told it can only happen in January since the courier company were closed. A few days in the year I tried in my rings and went through my fingers. When I tried taking them out coz I felt der bit tighter der got stucked. Tried all methods to remove them but I couldn’t until my finger started turning blue. Which I had to be rush to the hospital to get the removed. The hospital made a neat cut so that I’m able to repair them. But when I enquired with Jason Gregory I was told I void the contract. How do I void the contract if there were stuck? The rings would still need to be resized either or. I didn’t mind paying for the repairs but I couldn’t be assisted because I void the contract! Was I supposed to cut my finger and send the finger with the rings to avoid void the contract? This honestly doesn’t make sense.
