Beautiful jewellery. Ugly service.

A simple enquiry became an exercise in being spoken down to. I knew my ring size and said so, yet instead of listening, I was repeatedly undermined and given answers to questions I hadn't asked.

The attitude was rude, dismissive and condescending. It took three emails to finally get the one-line answer I had asked for.

Beautiful jewellery loses its shine very quickly when this is the service behind it.
