Not happy

I bought my rings with Jason Gregory . The rings were delivered and I was happy with the purchase. The rings bit small so I requested for return which I was told it can only happen in January since the courier company were closed. A few days in the year I tried in my rings and went through my fingers. When I tried taking them out coz I felt der bit tighter der got stucked. Tried all methods to remove them but I couldn’t until my finger started turning blue. Which I had to be rush to the hospital to get the removed. The hospital made a neat cut so that I’m able to repair them. But when I enquired with Jason Gregory I was told I void the contract. How do I void the contract if there were stuck? The rings would still need to be resized either or. I didn’t mind paying for the repairs but I couldn’t be assisted because I void the contract! Was I supposed to cut my finger and send the finger with the rings to avoid void the contract? This honestly doesn’t make sense.
