Great experience until I was ******* out of R2300.
Good evening On Sunday morning I received a *** withdrawel from *** which I never requested and that voucher was a used voucher. I never used it, they sent it to me as a used voucher. I spoke to them and they said they would have to lock my *** in order to Investigate the matter which would mean I would be unable to withdraw the rest of my winnings which was R52000, so I told them I did use the *** but only to keep my *** open so as to withdraw my other winnings. I never put that request in to *** for a R2300 voucher they did that themselves and then it was a used voucher ontop of that, which means I loose that money.

With holding your funds for long periods
I went onto jackpot city casino. Made a small deposit and won a small amount. I made a withdrawal but because it was taking long to go into my account i reversed the withdrawal. Their website says the funds will be returned with in a few minutes. 10 hours later and I'm still waiting. On their live chat they tell you it could take 24 hours and then because you ask for more assistance they just end the conversation. There is then nothing you can do but wait 24 hours if you lucky it will be back if not they tell you to allow time for processing. It's ********. Other sites everything is done within minutes. Withdrawal and reversals.

Appalling, Abysmal, Atrocious Service
Withdrawal made 9/10/2026 no funds received, calls made, *** and bank statements sent, they are blaming standard Bank who have no funds to disburse yet they confirm they had a technical problem. They cant send me proof of payment, no manager available to speak to and when I follow up it the banks fault while I'm out of pocket. I am still waiting on a return call and my funds to be paid. How can you blame the bank when you cannot provide proof of payment or recapture after your technical error.
