No urgency to resolve customers complaints
Budget insurance refer our vehicle to their service provider,Island auto panel repairs, their TAT was 10 working days which we waited almost 2 months for car to be repaired ,they communicated via WhatsApp but told us parts needed to ordered from Germany for the car. My issue was when the vehicle was booked in why we're not all parts ordered immediately and only after a month we were told more parts needed to be ordered.We were inconvenience with being out a car as the rental courtesy car time frame was exceeded by a month.The don't seem to have urgency to resolved customer's concerns.

Serious Concerns About Service and Vehicle Safety
I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from this panel beating company. My vehicle was towed to them after an accident because it was not drivable. When I collected my car, I discovered that my headlights no longer work — an issue that was not present before. Even more concerning, personal belongings that were inside my vehicle at the time of towing were missing when I retrieved it. I have photographic evidence taken by the towing operator showing these items inside my car prior to it arriving at the workshop. Despite raising this, the matter has not been resolved. I would strongly advise others to document everything carefully and think twice before using this business. I expected professionalism and care for my property, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Worst service ever
If you want shoddy repairs, go to Island Panel Brackenfell. Or if you only want to get your car back after three repair attempts. Or if you want to be treated like trash (called too stupid to understand the manager). I made the mistake - please don't you.

Friendly receptionist. Otherwise the worst panel beater I have seen
The Island Auto Panel Paarden Eiland their receptionist very friendly, communicates on WhatsApp. However their job is terrible their paint work is the worst I have seen, when I collected the car they parked in onnthe shade so i can not see the two colours. The car now has two colours premium silver and another silver. I couldn't even risk leaving the car in their because it took them 3 weeks to simply install new door and pain the area. They left white paint on the left passenger door, and near the tail light. I was gonna rate them Zero but the rating starts at 1 star. Don't ever go there. I was forced by insurance because they were cheaper.
