Serious Concerns About Service and Vehicle Safety

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from this panel beating company.

My vehicle was towed to them after an accident because it was not drivable. When I collected my car, I discovered that my headlights no longer work — an issue that was not present before. Even more concerning, personal belongings that were inside my vehicle at the time of towing were missing when I retrieved it.

I have photographic evidence taken by the towing operator showing these items inside my car prior to it arriving at the workshop. Despite raising this, the matter has not been resolved.

I would strongly advise others to document everything carefully and think twice before using this business. I expected professionalism and care for my property, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
