Poor service and unacceptable delay in updating company details and issuing invoice
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received. My initial request was sent in September 2025 to update our company name details. Despite this, the change has still not been properly actioned. I followed up again on 26 May 2026 requesting a copy of our latest invoice reflecting the updated details (or even just the invoice itself), and I am still waiting. It is now completely unreasonable that something as simple as updating company information and sending a single invoice has taken this long, with no proper resolution or urgency shown. The lack of response, follow-through, and basic administrative efficiency is unacceptable for any business. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into months of delays and repeated follow-ups. I would not recommend their service based on this experience.

Extremely Poor Support and Service from IQ Retail
We have had a very disappointing experience with IQ Retail and their support centre. Emails go unanswered for days, sometimes not at all. It is incredibly frustrating when you are running a business and cannot get assistance from the very company providing your system. There is little to no communication, and follow-ups are ignored. On top of that, the system frequently seems to reformat or reset itself without warning, which disrupts our operations and creates unnecessary stress. When we try to get help, there is simply no proper response. Their appointed business partners are no better. They are slow to respond to calls, often unavailable, and in many cases admit that they do not know how to resolve the issue. Instead of assisting, they redirect us back to IQ Retail — where again, no one responds. As a business owner, you need reliable support, especially when your daily operations depend on the system. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend IQ Retail to other business owners.
