Unfair Practice

I ordered a MacBook Pro 15 from iStore and never received it. They was supposed to come and deliver it today but they didn't even phone me and tell me that they are not come and deliver it today because they don't have any stock anymore. So I canceled everything and they tell me now I must wait two weeks before I can receive the refund from iStore.
