Istore Tyger valley iPhone 16 Lense protector

I purchased a lens protector from your Istore on 14 August. The lens protector came off, so I returned to the store to have the issue resolved. I was told that I should have returned it within 7 days. However, according to my receipt, the return period is 30 days. I am therefore still within the stated 30-day period. I would appreciate it if you could please honour the return/exchange policy stated on my receipt and assist me with replacing the faulty lens protector.
