EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATION

An astounding big ups to ISPA - Ombudsman for Internet Service Providers. My long standing issue with Mweb finally got resolved. Throught the ISPA's mediation I have been refunded the money I paid for subscription that was never activated for almost two months. From the moment they received my complaint, they acknowledged receipt and asked for all proof. I was kept up to date regularly about their communication with Mweb and within a week my refund was paid. My advice to anyone whop is getting shoddy service from any ISP is REPORT THAT ISP TO THE OMBUDSMAN of that industry. My case was handled by an individual called Charles Reuvers - ISPA Secretariat. Don't let ISP's take you for a ride. They do have a regulatory body and from my personal experience it is a very efficient one.
