Terrible Service - Frustrated

Stay away from this company. Based in Cape Town and its been 2 years of poor voice quality and feedback from them. Then when raising the issue, they want to charge me a call out fee for something that has never truly been resolved. What was promised has not materialized. 2 years without a switchboard in a company. Excuses and lack of just decent customer service and after sales.
