Terrible after sales service

In short, what was SOLD to me, was not what we got. What was PROMISED to me, was not delivered.

Their contract is a very one sided contract to protect them as the supplier with total disregard of the user. Their companies modus operandi is to ensure they sign as much revenue as possible with no or very little after sales support to you as end user. Once they receive their money, it was a constant struggle to get any problems resolved. Their company is sales driven with profit as their main focus and no focus on customer satisfaction.

They make me pay a monthly fee where I am signed into a contract with no benefit to the customer.

Please explain to me why am I not entitled to exceptional service and why must I pay a monthly fee for unacceptable service. Please explain to me why their technical department could not resolve our technical problems. Please explain who will refund me for the months we were without a fully functional PABX system. (Hence the reason we moved back to our previous supplier)

I cannot and will not recommend this company.
