DISGUSTING AFTERSERVICE !!
I am a small business owner located in George, Western Cape and installed a 32 channel CCTV camera system through Innovation Group SA, and then again had to add another 12 channel system due to expansion last year November. I have had nothing but issues. Even with the initial 32 channel installation, there was endless issues and delays. I have tried numerous calls, whats up's, emails (even to the Directors) and absolutely no response from anyone....just total ignorance from their side. Their afterservice is appauling and disgusting to say the least ! To date i still have had no response to my mails or whatsups. What does one have to do to get a response from this so called big innovative company with all their big promises ?????? I will not recommend this company for any business whatsoever . They are quick to take R4k per month but i am not getting the worth from them. Its absolutely disgusting how corporates take the small businesses for granted! to them its a quick sale and they happy ! who cares about the afterservice !! 😡😡

i was not aware that your festive season starts in November??? as this was the time you installed the additional 12 channel ....nice long holiday for the company !!!!
its rather amazing how quickly you can respond if i go public, but just ignore my emails, whats ups , calls etc for a month and half now ??? And just for your information , i did send whatsups to the technical line including the Technical director of the company!! and just a total ignorance from their side !!!!!!
Again i will wait and see if anyone will actually make the effort to be in contact
