We continuously strive to provide a better service today compared to yesterday. Even though we have satisfied some of your expectations ,we would appreciate if you can provide us with some more info regarding some of the problems that you have encountered with our service. Even though it was resolved promptly its not our desired outcome. Fixing the problems permanently is what our desired outcome would be.  We would like to improve every step in the customer journey without causing frustrations down the line.
