Horrible service

Highly disappointed with the service been with them for 5 years now and its such a disappointed the accounts departments are so unprofessional I have been having a problem regarding them not taking out a debit order in December 2025 i contacted them regarding it , however I was told my account is upto date comea January they debit me twice iv asked them to call me I get a message via whats app how professional of them ... they are so frustrating to deal with!
