Terrible internet from Infinity Wireless

The internet from Infinity Wireless is terrible in Rustenburg! We pay for a 10 Mbps line but rarely even get 1 Mbps, that is if we have connection. For the vase majority of the time our internet connectivity drops and we experience very low speed. Essentially we are paying R1450 p/m for a product and service we can hardly use. When complaining to Infinity Wireless about this we get the same excuse. This has been going on for months now and we are considering cancelling our contract. I would not recommend anyone in Rustenburg to use Infinity Wireless as their service provider.
