Shocking client service

Absolutely unacceptable client service.

We have been loyal customers for almost 4 years and the 1 month we paid literally 1 day late (after only getting 1 reminder on the day we had to pay) and we were disconnected and told to pay an additional R250 to be reconnected.

When telling them to then cancel our account, they tell us we can only do that on Monday (because apparently they don't work on a Friday).

I will never recommend them to anyone!
