Poor Internet Connection

Internet always appears to be problematic lately. Same excuse from their support that their providers have issues with the fibre yet on other competitors wireless options that I have elsewhere I don't have problems? Paying R1450 a month for 10Mb Link and something that disconnects every couple of minutes and cant even watch a single video on any streaming services without it constantly hanging because of this is just terrible.
