No After hours support for reported issue

Hi,

I would like to complain about my service. for the past week between the hours of 7 to 10pm my internet is barely usable. I have logged several tickets on telegram only for the issue to be temporarily solved. I am now tired of paying for a service that does not work when i want to use it. Can you please get someone to look at this. I am paying for a premium line with a public IP. Surely my line does not have any contention ratio. I have run several speed test to the Rustenburg site with my wifi disabled and testing from a wired laptop. But still the issue is persisting.
