Foul Language and extremely rude ACOUNTANT

Good day, I am a new customer at infinity wireless Rustenburg, as communication they were to debit my account within 7 days, to my surprise I got an email today saying they have suspended my line due to non payment. So I went to visit the branch, may I just state for the record that I was not happy, but the accountant has no client experience, firstly I show her the email, she then looked at the system, I asked her why they did not debit the account to her response no we must pay at their offices, this was never communicated with us, number 2 she told me, " voor jy jou moertjie strip" so foul Language is tolerated to their customers, I immediately got up and walked out!!!!!!!!!!!! If this is the way they treat customers I will surely advise against this company!!!!!!!!
