INACONNECT Unauthorized Debit Order

I have nothing good to say about this company. Such ********. They have been debiting my bank account from September 2021 till now and I haven't registered with them or signed any contract with them so they are basically debiting my account without authorization. I tried calling them with a number I got from my bank***) and their number goes to Blue Labels Telecoms then Blue Label Telecoms gave me a number to call regarding INACONNECT( ***) and I got an agent after holding on the phone for 40minutes who advised that their branch is in Randhill Building at 104 Bordeaux Drive Randburg. I was told by the agent that for refund I need to email: ***. And I will be receiving an SMS in 24hours to deactivate the the agreement. Hope I get assisted
