The company sell products stating there data is a benefit. However, they charge still you dont receive anything. They are cobnected to i-talk. I've requested for the debit to reversed and stopped as I have not received anything from the company. To date it has not been done and they debit my account again. They are also part of blue deals. Please assist in have bot received any communication from them. Email was sent 29 Sept and again 7 Oct 2026. Still no response from ***.

innaconnect has been debiting my account for 2 months. I emailed the same day I agreed as they misled me and realize this is *****. I called Standard Bank and they cant really help me. I have last almost R300 to this people. At this point I am going to have to cancel my account.

Debit deduct without service offered
They promised a Data monthly 5gb Data payment to the number provided and they haven't sent once to the number. its the 4th month and no data showing and I want them to remove the debit order PERMANENTLY.. PLEASE ASSIST
