Desperation at next level

This company called me for a cellphone. When I spoke to the consultant she told me I must say yes they can deduct money in order for her to look for cellphone deals. This was just so her supervisor could approve it. Then come month end they debit my account without EVEN DOING ANYTHING!!! I NEVER SIGNED ANY PAPERWORK NOR DID I GET A PHONE.
