Bunch of ****mers 🤬😡

Please help guys I got a message from my phone that I need to accept a debit check for R135 that I don’t even know about and then I declined it after some time I got a message from Capitec that a debit order has been approved if how I don’t even know 😭😭 when I try to close it they told me that I have to call the company to close it from their side because there is nothing they can do giving me their number. I tried to call them but they are not picking up my calls, what do I do now??😭😭
