Following an unfortunate administrative oversight involving an important learner assessment, we approached Impaq with a desperate plea for assistance. Their understanding, willingness to help and successful resolution of the matter were simply OUTSTANDING! Impaq demonstrated that behind every policy and deadline is a learner whose hard work and future truly matter.
