Bad customer service
Ikeja is not the best WiFi network their WiFi has been giving me problem since those thunderstorms we had in Cape Town and of write them a text they won't get back to you they need to do better i pay them they must do better I think month end they must come and take their pole I will find another WiFi company

The network was working just fine but cannot pickup connection for the whole house ,rooms at the far end of the house couldnt connect.That was no big issue few months ago it just stopped working and when you call to ask no tangible info was given,gave up and opted for another wifi
