Treat staff nicelu

My children are working at italk call center they let our children leave work at 7pm to go home mean while they are driving home, it's not far on the kids walking at night in town during night. And Claudia she is very very rude to be the supervisor of our children. She told them is you miss a day at work she is going to deduct R650 that's *****ing form the children. This children they straight from high wanting to learn and gain experience of call center but why must they be treated so bad no company is allowed to treat any one bad it does mean high position you power to treat people bad. Many children left that company due to the bad treatment. So iTalk please think twice before you lose your contract with other companies like Absa. So who ever owns iTalk make sure your staff is happy every one not only your managers or supervisors
