iTalk Refusing to Refund My Money in Full – Matter Still Unresolved
I am extremely disappointed with the way iTalk has handled my refund dispute. I have been communicating with iTalk regarding money deducted from my account. After reviewing the transactions, my bank confirmed that 43 out of *** transactions were deducted from my account. I provided the relevant bank statements and supporting information to iTalk. Despite this, iTalk has refused to refund the full amount owed to me. When I disputed their response and requested that the matter be properly investigated, I was simply informed that "this query has now been closed "without providing a satisfactory explanation or proof to justify the decision. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly, but I am no longer receiving proper responses from Adiel, the person I have been dealing with regarding this issue. This is now my second Hello Peter complaint because the matter remains unresolved. I am not asking for anything unreasonable—I am asking iTalk to properly account for the deductions made from my account and refund the money that is rightfully owed to me. I have supporting bank statements and correspondence available as evidence. I am requesting that iTalk reopen this matter, properly investigate the transactions, provide a clear explanation for the deductions, and refund the outstanding amount in full. I would appreciate a proper response from iTalk rather than simply closing the query without resolving it.
