Misleading advertising and lack of feedback

One of the agents called me in June and offered a home Internet package and I accepted same under false information that it was unlimited with a speed of 50bpms. Upon activating the router on the 5th of August I found out that I had been sold a totally different package, I called MTN and I was referred to italk. I returned the router to Clearwater mtn on the 6th of August and informed italk and also gave them The reference number. From that time they haven’t cancelled the contract and they keep giving me a run around. I have called several times, sent emails , complained on hello Peter with no joy. I ask them to cancel the contract immediately as I have returned the router more than a month ago.
