Dishonest customer service team, refund, failure to uphold promises

I got a call after leaving a review about my experience with this company then immediately after the review I got a call from their finance department being told that they'll call me on Monday afternoon which is today. Unfortunately I never got their call which means their team is not honest and their a company that's not meant to be trusted at all. I just want my money back asap with no excuses or delays. The way I'm being treated as a customer shows that they do not value customers at all and they do not know how to treat customers. If a person finds themselves making a contract with them they should consider it to be bad luck because really this is not it
