BILLED FOR A ROUTER THAT WAS.NEVER DELIVERED
Router i ordered through them from mtn was returned in September 2025, got billed for router in October. Never any response to my emails asking them to rectify their fault

08 Dec 2025, 09:06I have now been billed by MTN for this router that I never received. Payment which i made for the mobile router I have has been taken for the router that I never received and my internet connection has been suspended
